The hotel The exclusive hotel Majestic, which dates back to 1889, is located in one of Rome most beautiful historical buildings, Villa Ludovisi, on exclusive Via Veneto, in the heart of Rome. The building, designed by the leading architect of the time, Gaetano Koch, reached the peak of its fame in the roaring 20's when celebrities invariably chose Via Veneto for their Roman stays. It was designed and constructed in the shape of a piano to cleverly accommodate a bend in the Via Veneto. Every room has been carefully studied and designed with a unique combination of furniture, fabrics and drapes. Beds come in eight different measurements and are dressed in pure linen sheets Each room also features a luxurious fully-equipped private bathroom, finished in white Carrara marble. The structure is conveniently located around the corner from the gardens of Villa Borghese, and within easy walking distance of the Trinita dei Monti, where it is possible to admire an exceptional view of the city, the luxurious via Condotti, and the famous Spanish Steps.
